Welcome to the Plumbob pet hotel! We offer various pet services including luxury accommodation, daycare, training and grooming. Our caring staff are trained to deal with different breeds and temperaments and will look after your pets as if they are their own.

Accommodation:
Our luxury pet suites are furnished and decorated to resemble the comforts your pets are used to at home, and each suite has a small enclosed garden. Suites are equipped with thermostats for temperature control to ensure maximum comfort for your pet. Suites are also equipped with cameras with a live feed to your mobile device so that you can check in with your pets at any time.

Daycare:
Pets enjoy daily supervised play sessions in the communal pet gardens to meet their exercise and socialisation needs. Pets have access to private shaded areas with comfortable beds to take an afternoon nap or if they want time out from the busy play area.

Food:
We take special care to feed the highest quality raw and dry food to your pets and have a pet nutritionist preparing meals on site. Our feeding schedule is three times a day for puppies and twice a day for adult dogs.

Grooming:
Resident pets are groomed free of charge at the Plumbob Pet Parlour, the most popular grooming spot in town! Our groomers have an in-depth understanding of breed specific grooming requirements, giving you peace of mind that your pet will get the correct cut or brush. We also offer a wide range of organic, pet safe shampoos and products. 

Training:
Sign up your pet for agility or obedience classes in a group or one-on-one setting.

Medical care: 

Our staff will keep a close eye on your beloved pet, and should your pet become injured or ill we will immediately offer medical care at our mini vet clinic. The clinic is manned by experienced vets who locum at our facilities on a rotating schedule.
